By accessing or using the Radargathermates platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of any information they provide, safeguarding their account access credentials, and using the platform exclusively in accordance with applicable laws and the conduct standards outlined herein.
Radargathermates is a free-to-play social casino entertainment platform. It is offered exclusively for recreational and entertainment purposes. The platform contains no real-money gambling, no deposits, no withdrawals, no wagering of monetary value, and no prize redemption of any kind. Virtual symbols, radar mechanics, mission outcomes, and any in-platform progress have no monetary value and cannot be converted into currency or transferred to third parties.
Access to the platform is restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using the platform you affirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of social entertainment software is permitted in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify user age and to suspend any account suspected of underage access.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users may not share, sell, or otherwise transfer access credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account, including any consequences arising from unauthorized access caused by negligent credential handling. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion to protect platform integrity.
Users agree to refrain from: attempting to manipulate platform mechanics through automated tools, bots, or exploits; engaging in harassment of other users or staff; uploading or transmitting unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; reverse-engineering platform code; or using the platform to facilitate any illegal activity. Violations may result in immediate account termination without notice.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee error-free operation, continuous availability, or compatibility with every device or browser configuration. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally impact access.
All content on the Radargathermates platform — including but not limited to interface designs, radar animations, mission narratives, source code, graphics, logos, audio assets, and written content — is the exclusive property of Radargathermates Interactive OÜ or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform — in whole or in part — at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected misuse, or operational considerations. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radargathermates Interactive OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100).
The platform may be inaccessible from certain jurisdictions where social casino entertainment software is restricted. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all locally applicable laws. We do not warrant availability in any specific geographic territory.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with our support team at [email protected]. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to all data-processing activities.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by notification. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
